These terms apply to the use of tullipspa.com and to the TULLIP HOME SPA home massage service operated by TULLIP HOME SPA. By sending a booking request you are taken to have read and accepted the terms below.

Language note. This is a courtesy translation. The Indonesian version at tullipspa.com/syarat-ketentuan is the version that governs, and it prevails if the two ever differ.

1. What we provide

TULLIP HOME SPA is a wellness and relaxation service that sends certified therapists to a customer home, apartment unit, or hotel room. There are 6 treatments in sessions of 70, 90, and 120 minutes, as listed on the services and prices section.

This is a relaxation service, not a medical one. A session is not a diagnosis, not a treatment for illness, and not a substitute for seeing a health professional. If you are pregnant, have a health condition, or have recently had a medical procedure, speak to your doctor first and tell us when you book.

2. Booking and when the agreement forms

  • All bookings go through WhatsApp. There is no walk in service.
  • When booking, state the treatment, the length, your full address, and the date and time you want.
  • Your request becomes an agreement only after we confirm therapist availability for that slot in a WhatsApp reply. Availability for packages that include cupping is confirmed first, so book those earlier.
  • This site has no booking form, no shopping cart, and no online payment.

3. Prices

  • Prices run from Rp 150,000 to Rp 360,000 per session depending on the treatment and length, and are the same across the whole service area.
  • Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah.
  • Prices on the site may change. The binding price is the one we confirm in the WhatsApp conversation before the session takes place.
  • The payment method is agreed when you book.

4. Service area and hours

  • The service area covers Jakarta, South Tangerang, Tangerang, Depok, Bekasi, Bogor.
  • Bookings are taken every day from 09:00 WIB, with the last booking at 22.00 WIB.
  • Arrival time can shift because of traffic. We tell you about changes like that over WhatsApp.

5. What to prepare

  • One room with enough space and quiet, a comfortable mat or mattress, and a clean towel if you have one.
  • A complete, correct address and location pin, including tower name and unit number for an apartment or hotel.
  • Entry permission under the building rules. Some apartments and hotels have their own guest rules, so mention that when you book.
  • Therapists bring their own equipment, so there is no massage gear for you to provide.

6. Rescheduling and cancellation

Tell us as early as you can over WhatsApp if you need to reschedule or cancel, so the therapist schedule can be rearranged. The terms that apply to same day cancellation, lateness, or a location that cannot be accessed are agreed together when you book.

7. Conduct during the session

Our therapists work professionally and courteously. A therapist may decline or stop a session if there is any request or behaviour outside a professional wellness service, or if the location is not safe. We ask you to treat the therapist with respect throughout the session.

8. Complaints

Complaints about how a service was carried out can be sent over WhatsApp +62 856-0959-5291 . It helps to raise them as soon as possible after the session so we can look into them properly.

9. Personal data

How your personal data is processed is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

10. Site content

The name, logo, text, and photographs on this site are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reused commercially without written permission. The information here is prepared carefully but may change without prior notice.

11. Limits of responsibility

We are responsible for carrying out the service as agreed. We are not responsible for loss caused by incomplete or incorrect information from your side, for example a wrong address, a health condition you did not mention, or a building restriction you did not tell us about.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The version that applies is the one on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute is first settled by discussion, and if no agreement is reached, in accordance with applicable Indonesian law.
